The union uses a very small portion of dues money to support politicians that will affect positve change for their membership and, believe it or not, the workforce at large.

Get REAL, the Jimmy Hoffa, mob influenced union days have been gone for well over 30 years.

Now then, you answer my question; why do you think that corporate America spends hundreds of millions of dollars on political campaigns?? They're not trying to buy political influence to provide for their own selfish interests are they? Again, I think the answer is obvious.
