I have a walked a picket line and have been damn proud to do it. And no, I was not forced to do it. It is just a case of standing up for what you believe in.

If it hadn't been for a jillion people that believed in Unions early on, you too would be working today for peanuts.

I am not saying that Unions are right for every occupation but there are some that just have to have them or the employees would be reduced to 4.00 an hour drones.

Not everyone can have a graduate degree and charge $500.00 an hour for a consultation. Nonetheless, they are talented people that do a number of jobs that they have trained for and are proud of. They need to be compensated fairly.
