Funny thing is...when a dispute like this arises the management people take over and attempt to do what the normal assignees to these jobs do..

THEY CAN'T DO IT!!!...ISN'T That special, your supervisor can't do the "menial" job that you are doing. Or, if they can, they are pissin' and moaning to high heaven.

Doesn't that say alot about first line scumbag managers..They can't perform the job task that they expect their employees to do perfectly. Then when things get tough the next line of managers show up all disgruntled and they have a worse time of it yet. They couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heel but by god we will fight until hell freezes over to not give these people a small raise to keep up with COLA.

Salaried vs Union??? I'll stay on the union side..We know what we are doing and do it well. It's just fun to watch you inept yoyos try and do what keeps a business running smoothly.
