Hi Andy, in attempt to clear up a point that perhaphs your not seeing when you state “because the people getting your chips have no idea what a "95" or "85" means. It simply means when I put a numerical number as it relates to the wear and tear of the chip, you can consider it as approximately how much clay or plastic is left on the chip from the time it was originally manufactured. So that an 85 would mean 85% of the original composite is still left on the chip. And a 95 would mean 95% of the composite of the chip is still on the chip, which is better than 85%.

And when you state “They just flat out liked & accepted the condition” My customer is not going to accept a chip that was stated as a 95 and it really was an 85 when they got it in the mail and inspected it for themselves.
