You are certainly within your rights to do what you wish. This however is a step towards grading which is a precursor to slabbing.
You also assume that everyone would have an idea as to what these numbers mean. Instead of 95, how about "very little wear". We all know what that means.

If it looks like grading, If it sounds like grading, If it smells like grading its GRADING.

If the system ain't broke....Don't fix it.
