I agree with Pete here.

Ron, nobody is questioning your honesty or the fact that nobody has returned a chip. It has nothing to do with you system though, because the people getting your chips have no idea what a "95" or "85" means. They just flat out liked & accepted the condition. As others have said, you should think about dropping the system you are using & either just describe your chips condition using WORDS not numbers OR at the very least drop down to a 10 point numbering system.
