The whole purpose of my involvement in this thread is to make the point that, it trying to accomplish your purpose, we shouldn't place too much reliance on legislation which may not, in the end, be of any use. And that it would be appropriate to get the legislation changed to make its inclusion of casino chips clear and unequivocal. ----- jim o\-S
