Re: The successful use by David Ganz ...

Please feel free to quote me at any time. No matter
if it's a private e-mail, a phone conversation or
face-to-face conversation. I hide nothing I have to
say fom any one. If I choose not to have some one
know my thinking, I simply do not speak it. If I
speak it...every one is welcome to listen (like who
really cares, anyway).

Because I trust a leading Numismatist Expert who
after reading us: Act 16, CFR part 304, sec 303.1
(f) and concluded "Nothing could be more obvious
than the inclusion of a casino chip" [Hobby
Protection Act], and I was then able to reinforce my
thinking that the word "token" would encompass
casino chips, does not mean I disrespect any one who does not agree with the same.

I do not feel we need to have any court tell us that
casino chips are included, as I do not feel that any
court has to tell ALL types of token collectors that
their type is included....though, of course, it
wouldn't be a bad idea if it was spelled out.

I do feel that we showing any doubt that casino
chips are covered by the HPA is only inviting the
slime who has pulled what they have in the past.
Why broadcast that a few are in doubt!!!
