BIG "IMPORTANT" CORRECTION ? (Good Stuff

Contrary to what we've been told on this BB during
past "Hobby Protection Act" threads regarding our
hobby (chips), the following has just been brought
to my attention:

Because of our (CCGTCC) association with the
American Numismatic Association (ANA), chips do fall
under the Hobby Protection Act, and the manufacturer
can be held responsible for their actions.

I'm also told that it can not be an organization who
files, but must be a physical person who purchased
the chips as being real chips.

Though I don't think any manufacturer we know here
in the USA would even attempt to manufacturer FAKES
to rip off the public, It is still nice to know that
we do have a leg to stand on.

I'm simply passing on what I've just been told and I
invite others to either clarify or correct.
