This is just another scumbag scam by scumbag Ebay sellers. Besides the fact of being illegal under USPS regs it is unethical. See what happens if your item doesn't show up...You will get..."I mailed it and it should show up soon." Checkback later and say, "Well, it hasn't shown up yet." Then you will get a whole host of run arounds. Try and collect...Good LUCK!!

Burn them with negative feedback. If you get hit back with it you can still comment on it. It is not the end of the world.

Actually, under USPS rules the sender is responsible for insurance not the buyer, but I am way too tired to get into that tonight.
