i also dont agree about mandatory insurance, if you want to take the risk then it should be up to you. however, if you are going to pay insurance, whether or not the insurance is covered by the post office or the seller shouldnt really make a difference. if the seller will honour the insurance then i think it functions just as well as any other insuracne.
