Hey Michael: Just wanted to put in my two cents; well maybe not worth that much. The last thing I want to do is get into a First Amendment argument but in my humble opinion you cannot have a right without a corresponding obligation. One of the greatest quotes about the First Amendment is that freedom of the press applies only to those who own a press. You should not be able to slander someone through a "press" and have the owner of the "press" claim no responsibility and thus no liability because gosh all I'm doing is providing a format. I have never sold on ebay only bought. However I do see quite a bias by ebay in favor of sellers. It would appear to me that without buyers ebay shuts down. If all sellers were half as good as you there would never be any problems! Take care.
