My son bought a book for 10.50 plus 2.99 postage. The book came with a post office price sticker of 1.84 and postage due 3.56. He wasn't here so I paid the postman. The seller mailed it media rate, but the box was reused and had a priority tag on it.

He e mailed the seller requesting his Paypal be credited. The seller refuses. They have more than 200 positive feedbacks, no negitives. They said go ahead and leave negitive, ILL do the same.

I feel the seller is wrong for not removing the priority tag if that's where the problem is. He will be speaking to the postmaster later to see what went wrong.
