As I mentioned in another post, if it was a guide it was "fair use." He has every right to use it. if it was a "art book" or "cofee table book" it's a "derivative work" and a clear infringement. Not familiar with the guide. The question is, was it sold for it's artwork or informative purpose?

The more important question is- who has more money to spend on lawyers?
