Thanks for the response. This is the reason most (but not all ) of these BB discussions are somewhat productive. So we can all gain some insight through other people's experiences. I have to deal with loss payees and $1-2MM policies in dealing with certain entities I do business with. I have seen companies that had the slighest and I mean slighest involvement in projects, get caught in liability lawsuits.

Yes the BOD approved it for this show. They did what they thought in the best interest of the Club. That's why we elected them. We can all argue back in forth about whether we agree or disagree with the decision. But Jim and Allan followed the process and I wish Jim the greatest success with the show.

My point is and has been, to make sure we look at the big picture and guard the Club from potential damage. In the world we live in today, all of the stuff we have been discussing, has to be looked at, in my opinion.
