But why should the club be named or included in a rider or other insurance attachment, if the club has no part in conducting or sponsoring a commercial event? Suppose a claim exceeded the policy coverage?
In addition, I wouldn't think that a non-profit organization would want their name or logo to appear on an insurance rider for a commercial event. Just as Mike Skelton has brought to everyone's attention.... the club does not need potential unanticipated legal defense costs associated with an inference that the club somehow is associated with this privately run chip show.
