That is not what I said in my post and your post should not insinuate that I brought down Warrick!
My intention of talking with the COO was to have him as the senior manager look at how his subordinates are doing their jobs. I merely suggested that because the Hard Rock is very collectible that he would better serve the people who patronize his casino and collect Hard Rock pins, chips, etc... if the releases were not limited to an amount that would cause his customers to become dissatisfied. He was receptive to my suggestions and stated "that he was new to the chip business and he would work to rectify the future" This I can appreciate and except. My hope is that this leads to a chip program that allows all collectors access to the chips they need to complete their collections at reasonable prices!!!
