Yes, I suppose we won the battle with the Lodge, but lost the war. Gaming refused to intervene. We never did test returning the chips. I think Jazz Alley might be a real nice test case for us. They are not pretending to add value to a chip by placing it in a holder, they are selling them out of the cage for two times face. I will be going up on 12/31 - 1/1 and will cash in one of their chips. If I don't get my $10, I will insist upon bringing in one of the gaming officers. I am hoping that this blatent gouge will force gaming to make a ruling in our favor. I will keep you posted.
