If they ever ordered or received new $1 or $5 unnumbered chips, that's news to me! I too was offered the order form when I picked up my sets, but it was only for the missing $2.50's. ...and I agree that they should have had live table games, at least at the beginning. Tough lessons learned by the owners of closed small Colorado casinos had to figure into these decisions, and Uncle Sam's is very small.

FWIW, they have pulled their $5 slot machines, so all $5 tokens are out of play, probably forever.
