I've been fighting an email problem for two days now, installed new software, hopefully that will clear up my email troubles.

As to cashing in a $5 chip that can't be bought for less than $10 at the same window for $5, we have a problem Jazz Alley, if that's the case. If that is indeed the case, I'd view that as illegal even it isn't specifically addressed in Colo. Gaming Regs. Who would think that you'd have to put in writing in the regulations that selling a chip that says $5 on the face could (or couldn't) be sold for $10 at the cage as a live $5 chip when the regulations were written 10 years ago? ....not me.
