Re: Seriously...

I've never seen them there nor do I intend to do so. I only speak for myself tho Pam. If someone reposts something on the site (or any site for that matter) I don't control or edit that. You can see our moderation policy along with the TOS at the site. As far as the PCCG goes if someone submits a pic you posted here were not chasing after where it came from etc. as I'm sure you know how social media works that would be an endless chore.

I believe when people want to share a historical item on social media it's not beholden to the social media company or website to police publicly posted snapshots. There wouldn't be a Facebook, or Instagram or any of it. If you're proud enough to share a casino collectible on one social media platform why wouldn't you want to share it with everyone?

You know every casino has policy covering the use and sharing of their logo right, when you post an item with the casino companies logo could you imagine if they tried to come to you with the crazy request that all their logos people share be taken down?? Everyone would be outraged if Caesars Palace came to the CCA and said "you must remove all pictures of our chips because that is our intellectual property and you're not allowed to post it".

Remember according to the law both state and federal those chips remain property of the issuing casino, imagine if the recalled every chip they ever issued. I mean they could, as they own them not us. What would you say if you owned a chip from Caesars that was one know to exist, you paid $10,000 for it, and Caesars wanted it back?

See how silly this all sounds?
