The entire ChipGuide database is available to everyone, CCA member or not.
The parts that are only available to CCA members are the features (ways to access content and view content) that were added to the ChipGuide after it was donated to the CCA. The features that were added to the Chipguide by the CCA are now only available to CCA members.
The decision to make the CCA added features available only to CCA members was not mine, it was made by the CCA's Growth Committee.
And, by the way, the committee met with set collectors from PCF and PokerChipper and were told by them, that they should be charging for access to the ChipGuide.
