No, with all due respect, the original image belongs to the person who created it with the scanner, camera, iPhone, or whatever. It is on the ChipGuide because the person who uploaded it granted the MOGH a license to use it. They did NOT grant poker chipper a license to display it on his website. Alex said it best in the opening post of of this thread when he said that But the single irreplaceable asset of our Club is the ChipGuide. I'm not a lawyer but the idea that someone could copy the single irreplaceable asset of our Club under the guise of "fair use" seems to me unbelievable..

For those club members who think this is ok, shame on you. Greg Susong is most likely rolling in his grave!
