Respectfully, I hope you don't count on the ai for your legal needs as it will only address the exact question you pose it and copyright law is very nuanced and requires many facets when examining a situation. If you consult a real live attorney with experience in the exact situation your complaining about, you know, like I did, you would see that you don't have a case.

However the beauty of America is that anyone can sue anyone for absolutely anything, winning, well that may be a different story.

Sorry if you were offended by the "don't come at me girl" thing but that's modern speak and you'd be in the minority of folks by thinking it was disrespectful, its just a term. No disrespect intended. I realize that this board and the clubs median age is somewhat beyond middle aged and maybe that seemed offensive in the olden days but today its simply talk. Sugar, honey, darlin and the like are a bit older and from what I see considered nice until someone WANTS to be offended, however I am not sorry to those that are offended on your behalf, none the less its the way I speak and disrespect cant be assumed from a simple adjective or noun as not everyone is a snowflake. Other than Freedner/Cary (I think its the same guy) and Kaplan I always try and be respectful when speaking to elders. Actually I prefer never to really speak live to Kaplan as I personally think he has the personality of a pineapple.
