IMO, images have been lifted off of ebay and are still being lifted off there without consent of the seller.
I don't have definite proof, but I have seen many times where a new Caribbean chip is added to the chipguide and when I go to ebay I see the auction is still active.
IN FACT, I remember in the last year a member complained about it and they apologized about it.

I don't understand the difference between this and someone taking an image from the chipguide.
Perhaps there is a difference and it was explained previously and it went in one ear and out the other.
