I have had this happen so many times. It is sad because the chips inside are not worth the extra postage. And yes, you have to pay again for there not accepting it on the other end and sending it all the way back for you to send again. Then the original buyer now does not want the chips because of the extra costs. At this point I have just tossed package and chips in the trash because of frustration.
