10 days ago I mailed a bubble mailer with chips to a collector in Colorado. I brought it to the post office to have them determine how much postage was needed. It showed up yesterday at my home with a sticker on it for additional postage needed. I'm steamed. If the post office can't get it right, why do I have to suffer for it? Do I lose the original postage when I go to remail it?
