Define "FAIR PRICES"

What do you use to define "fair prices'? A variety of factors coud be used: price guides, eBay sales, your cost, and many more. The problem I have is getting consensus among a group of diverse individuals on what is a fair price. In my case, I try to sell them a my lowest possible price and charge a minimum for shipping. I know that means no PayPal and a loss of sales.
