If this bidding was like $27, how does one make a mistake and enter $430? Was he trying to bid $43? Seems like he knew the rules and knew the loophole on bid retraction. You may want to check his feedback for other recent sales and see if any other auctions of his seems similarly fishy. Just my 2 cents.
