Reverse Sniping? I've seen it all now!!

I was bidding on a 1923 Silver Certificate, and each time a bidder bid a buyer who registered YESTERDAY with 0 feedback runs up the bid 1 bid over the high bidder. I bid in the last 12 minutes, he over bid me ($31.32). OK, you want it? You got it, I quit bidding but kept it up to se what it closed for. WHAT?? Last 5 seconds he RETRACTS his bid?? I get it for $29.00.

If a seller or a shill runs up the price and 'over steps' the high bidder what a great ploy! Just BACK UP. That way the seller or the Shill KNOWS they got all they could!

PLUS... When he DOES this there is NO INDICATION (Proof) he ever did it. The last bid (HIS) goes away! Anyone else smell something FISHY?

1- Registers YESTERDAY
2- Runs ALL bids Up
3- ZERO feedback
4- RETRACTS winning bid in last few seconds

Could be Legit- hahahahahaha Yea Right!
