The constitution does not say that (it may be how you see it, but it doesn't say it), in fact the elction results cannot be verified till after the election. How will Doug receive my vote that he has sought and I have committed to give, if I am unable to vote for him. It would seem he will end with O votes. I am in Illinois, the dead come out to vote for unopposed candidates (twice in Chicago, even more if the candidate is named Daley).

As for the wheelchair races...I am a rebel, got a problem with that, call a cop...wait Von is a cop? I hope there aren't any bodies of water near the las vegas strip for him to crash into. Suddenly I am hearing a smokey and the bandit theme in my head (or is it the dukes of hazard?).
