Aaron; When you receive your copy of the club magazine... you will see that most all of the proposed changes were proposed by the club's attorney, Eric Rosenblum, Esq. after reviewing the existing document. Obviously he does not share the same legal opinion as you do.

I would suggest to anyone who is not pleased with a particular portion of the Club's Constitution to submit a proposed amendment to correct what they perceive as a potential shortcoming.
