I remember some lady selling a bunch of obsolete LV fractionals which she had totally mis-described:
among them 25c 4 Queens Arodie, Orbit Inn, a few other notables I can't recall right now. Bidding started at 99c I think...
So I threw a $500 bid in, knowing I wouldn't be the only one to see this...
A last minute sniper pushed it up to 3 hundred something, but i was way ahead...she was happily surprised and I still got a good deal. You did better- GLOAT!!!!!
