I don't see any problem. Seller listed item at what he thought was a good BIN price. You saw it and decided you would purchase the chip.

So, you got a bargain. That's half the fun of Ebay...scrounging thru all the auctions and finding a prize.

I recently got a Joe Dini's Lucky Club Ashtray on Ebay in a bunch of junk ad trays. Ad had a terrible picture but I knew what it was. Had a BIN for $29.00. I listed the tray and it sold for $798.00.

IMHO, you did nothing wrong.
