Casino companies tend to keep trademarked names of casinos they've folded into the various companies. For example Mandalay Resorts owns 'Siver City', Gold Strike, etc. Even companies that no longer own casinos have intellectual properties they own. I would be very carefull using these names, you might find the postman with a registered letter that you don't want.
