It is the responsiblity of the seller to make sure the item he sold gets delivered. No excuses.

Most of you sellers are charging way more than actual cost of shipping. It's about time we all take responsibility for shipment--especially when charging anything in excess of actual shipping cost.

If the chip is expensive then I insure it. The extra couple of bucks is not going to hurt any of us selling high priced chips.
