I've purchased chips from Pete & Chantel's web site, all of which, have been wonderful experiences. The chips were all as described, the service impeccable. A real asset to the chip collecting community.

On the other hand I've purchased items from Al as well, he too has
done what he says he going to do. So where does this leave us?

In the corporate world, many differences are resolved with the help of an arbitrator. If both parties agree, maybe this is an alternative.

I can't refuse to shop with either party, they've both treated me with above average service.
