I would assume that Pete did not leave "Negative Feedback" with Ebay due to the fact the Ebay allows that individual to turn around and leave negative feedback to the buyer. I know it is only one "negative feedback", but why should Pete chance this for something that is completely out of his control. Ebay's system is a joke and does not work. If this person is so damn concerned about $5 they what will they do with something more than that. I think the right think to do was warn other people and let them decide for themselves.

I will not even look at this persons auctions.
