You are correct, I should not assume for Pete, but I do know this, Pete would never do this to one of his customers. I know this cuz I was unfortunate enough to have a purchase lost by the USPS(Unreliable, Slow, Pathetic Service) from Pete, informed him, and it was replaced no questions asked.

Also, I recieved the same service from Archie Black on an order of AC chips above $25. I even tried to split the loss with him and was sent my money back with a note stating "it is the cost of doing business".
