Re: Coinless Slots
In Response To: Re: Coinless Slots ()

Yes, I refuse to gamble at a coinless casino. This is too much progress. The mystique of gambling for me isn't just winning. I could stay home and buy lotto tickets if I just wanted to win a jackpot. The sound of the machines and the falling coins, the flashing lights, etc. Searching through the Halves for an uncirculated coin from Denver, etc. How can you do that with a paper voucher? For token collectors, this is the end of the line. Casinos will no longer produce tokens. My coin cup collection will probably end, too. I will go to a different hobby. Soon, casinos will find ways to substitute chips and maybe dice, using simulations or computers; it's in the near future. I hope they can get cyber gamblers.
