I guess Phyllis never had a chance to play in Atlantic City where you are penalized for winning by having to wait close to 45 minutes for a hand-pay.

In fact I was late for the last AC chapter meeting just because I could not even find a slot attendent. Then it was still a long process. At least some of the houses allow for the attendent to pay immediately (not having to get the payment from the cage).

I think they still have to handpay sometimes - if its above the limit for a W2G but at least for the smaller jackpots and times when the hopper would be empty the TITO saves a ton of time.
