What exactly do you object to? Gay kids going to a school where they won't be harrassed? The governemnt has a responsibility to educate all kids in a safe environment. Persoanlly I'd prefer that it teach tolerance -- a much better value than segragation. But let's face it, tolerance ain't real popular these days. So if kids want to go somewhere they won't be made to feel like degenarates and freaks, give them the chance. Like someone else said, your tax dollars are being spent to educate these kids one way or another.

My only question abotu this story is this: how many "transgendered" high school kids are there in New York City? I can't even imagine that it wold be legal to conduct a sex change operation on a minor. Or did they just throw that into the mix to be politically correct?
