Mistakes happen, even by "hard core chippers." I recently received a mint/damaged chip from someone who is a CCGTCC member, posts to this board often and someone who I had bought chips from prior and after this chip came.

They took the chip back and lucky for me they had one to replace it.

Here's the thing, it came from the factory that way. You could tell by looking at the chip the damage was done prior to the image being placed on the chip.

It happens.
