To me, trust is a 2 way street. Your feedback should speak for itself, after all isn't that the purpose of having it?

Mike said in his post, "you have to abide by the sellers policy". My question is, was a return policy expressed at the time of sale or is this something done after the fact?
My problem with descriptions is, that if you are not familiar with chipping terms, you shouldn't be using them to begin with.

Unless you paid a handsome sum for these chips or unless the seller will refund you your shipping costs, take the loss. While you are most certainly right, the costs outweigh the headaches. Make a note not to deal with the seller again.
You have the option of posting neutral or negative feedback as you may see fit.
