CT,
The problem is that in dealing on Ebay you are usually not dealing with an established business such as yours.
I always wonder why some guy selling stuff anonymously over the internet with no real investment in his business name (maybe a small investment in inventory), thinks that they should compare themselves to large retail or mailorder businesses when it comes to the consumer trusting them.
I would never have a second thought sending money to CT Rodgers or returning merchandise to you, but you demonstrated a comittment to your business that isn't demonstrated by the typical ebay seller and you would have much more to lose if you developed a reputation for dishonesty.
