I hate to slam the legal system, because its better in America than anywhere else in the world. BUT if people would be reasonable about lawsuits, medicine wouldn't have to duplicate tests and patient care just to "cover their a**es"

A true professional works more than 40 hours a week but gets compensated only for 40. Hospitals and clinics refuse to hire quality and adequate staffing because costs can't be retrieved from Medicare, Medical, HMO, PPO. When its time to pay the insurance companies are in the business to make money, not to save lives.

Its all about the money...
