... credit cards, William -- that is, you don't pay for the credit cards, you do pay for the chips. And while the casinos could make an argument that chips sold for gaming purposes (that is, at the tables or rack chips out of the cage) remain the casino's property, I don't think that argument will fly with respect to LE's (which are marketed for collectors to buy and carry away, which are sold out of the cage only and which, for the most part, are never actually used for gaming).

As I said, in my opinion, any reasonable court would hold that they were estopped from claiming any ownership interest in the chips, regardless of the Nevada gaming laws.
