I have posted this before, but not in the context to this thread. Some time ago (at least 6 months now) the Colorado Belle pulled all of their house $5 chips (the red, brass CIC) from the tables and are using all of their $5 LE's. Although a few house $5's are in play, by far the vast majority of $5 chips are LE's.

I wish there was some way to know how many LE's have walked out the door as a function of using them exclusively at the tables. I play the a bit, and I seldom see players scrutinizing the LE's in front of them. They seem more interested in quantity than in content!

I express no opinion about LE release numbers and whether or not having the LE's at the tables is effective or not effective in promoting the hobby or making money for the casino, I am only pointing out this observation of a LE's-only casino.
