I got the HP 6300C and I like the Diskcan software that comes with it because it is so easy to capture the scan and save them. Then I used the Adobe PhotoShop 6 to fine tune if I have too which I seldom do because I find the scan images to be sufficient for the purpose of posting and attachment to emails.
