Who at ICG does the grading at what qualifications do they have?

What is MS65? I have never seen a chip grading system that uses that designation. C&W's system would give a 65 grade a VF not an MS.

So my guess is that ICG just tried to import a coin grading system to the world of chips. This would be totally inappropriate as the differences between chips and coins are significant.

So if you would be willing to pay that much money for that chip slabbed as MS65, I would hope that you would be able to give us the details of this grading system that you are putting such faith in.

I can't imagine ever spending $12K on a chip, but I can tell you this, if I ever was going to do it, the experts who I would want to consult are some of the people who post on this board and are dead set against slabbing, and I can assure you I would want to feel the chip in my hand.
